Candace is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has worked in nephrology and hemodialysis clinics for the past ten years. With a background in hospital critical care, she completed her Bachelor of Nursing degree at the University of Missouri, St. Louis in 2011, followed by her Master of Nursing from Maryville University in 2016.
Her primary focus is caring for end stage renal disease patients as they transition to hemodialysis and adjust to everyday life with end stage kidney disease.
Candace enjoys supporting patients and their families as they move towards the goal of transplant or long-term dialysis. She has been blessed to meet many unique and wise individuals and feels privileged in helping them navigate their life on dialysis.
